HYPNOTHERAPY
Children have a different level of cognitive development than adults. For this reason, I have had special training in children's hypnosis.

Fr. 145.- per hour (children and pupils up to 16 years).
Duration
Since every child can concentrate for different lengths of time, I adapt the length of the session individually to your child.
SOUND MASSAGES
Children are also attracted to harmonious sounds. The sound and gentle vibration of singing bowls can be used in many different ways to promote perception, relaxation, increase concentration and strengthen social skills. That is why singing bowls for children can be found in many kindergartens and schools, in children's yoga and in occupational therapies.
SENSORY SOUND MASSAGE
During this massage, the children have the opportunity to add sounds, heard sentences or words to the sound flow and thus let them go.
TREASURY SOUND MASSAGE
This sound massage is suitable for strengthening basic trust, self-confidence, self-worth and one's own resources. Together with the child I find 5 strengths, which the child writes down and may take home in his treasure chest. A strength chosen by the child is then assigned to the treasure place found on the body. The child can activate this personal place of strength with the selected strength in everyday life, again and again with a simple hand movement.
FEENKLANGMASSAGE
During the sound massage the child will meet a loving fairy. The fairy brings the child 4 feelings of help. The child can then choose the helper feeling that he or she can use in a current situation. Afterwards, the child and I work with the chosen helper feeling, combined with sound in a beautiful feel-good relaxation.
SHORT SOUND MASSAGE
In this soft sound massage, the child is simply allowed to let go and do nothing. Doing nothing does not mean that nothing happens...

I have completed my training as a certified hypnotherapist NGH/VSH. I am a member of the Association of Swiss Hypnotherapists and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and the Swiss Professional Association for Hypnotherapy SBVH/APSH.
I am trained Peter Hess®-KliK expert (Sounding Communication with Children) and completed the training at the Peter Hess Academy in St. Gallen.
