Reiki is the Japanese word for "universal (rei-) life energy (ki)" and is referred to as the energy. The flow of energy can be disturbed or blocked by a lot of stress, a wrong diet, negative experiences or pent-up emotions. Reiki is a technique to activate, restore and harmonise natural energy in body, mind and soul.
PROCEDURE OF A REIKI TREATMENT
The first time we start with a detailed preliminary talk. Then you lie down on a massage table with your clothes on. From the head downwards, the most important organs, energy pathways and chakras (energy fields from Indian medicine) are treated step by step. There are often blockages in the 7 main chakras that need to be cleared.
EFFECT OF A REIKI TREATMENT
Reiki promotes one's own development process, activates the body's own self-healing powers and harmonises and balances mental well-being. It dissolves blockages and detoxifies the body from waste products. In doing so, Reiki balances energy differences that become noticeable as exhaustion, tension, stress, restlessness and mood swings.
