YOGA

The wonderful thing about yoga is that it picks you up where you are and from there it begins the journey to greater well-being and balance in body and mind.

YIN YOGA

The term "yin" is derived from the Chinese principle of yin and yang (Daoism). This philosophy describes yin and yang as opposing forces or principles: While Yin represents the feminine, calm, soft and passive energy, Yang embodies the masculine, hard, dynamic and active counterpart. In anatomical terms, yang stands for the muscles and yin for the connective tissue such as tendons and ligaments. Accordingly, Yin Yoga is about softening the connective tissue through calm, passive exercises.

YIN & KLANG YOGA

This unique combination invites you to "just" let go, leave everyday life behind for a while and concentrate completely on yourself.

Each asana is held for three to five minutes, creating time and space to relax and surrender to the moment. The soothing sounds of the singing bowls accompany you through each pose. The singing bowls are used in such a way that the effect of the asanas is intensified. The vibrations can be felt throughout the body, calming your mind and helping you to arrive in the here and now.

MEDITATION

Meditation brings you closer to yourself, which is especially important in these stressful times. I accompany all my meditation sessions with sound. I use Tibetan singing bowls for this. The singing bowls are absolutely unique in their composition. The long-lasting sound often touches people deeply.
